Born and raised in Saint Lucia, Johnathan has built a career that proves leadership from small islands can have a global voice. From transforming frontline banking operations into customer-service leaders to spearheading the historic multi-million dollar acquisition of RBC’s Eastern Caribbean operations, Johnathan’s career has been defined by breaking molds and elevating cultures.
As Managing Director of Unicomer OECS, he leads operations across six markets, driving retail and financial innovation in the Caribbean. Previously, as Managing Director of 1st National Bank St. Lucia, he grew the bank from $600M to $1.5B in assets, making it the first OECS-born bank to expand across borders and one of the most awarded banks in the region.

But Johnathan’s legacy is not built on numbers alone. It’s in the cultures he’s shaped, the leaders he’s developed, and the communities he’s impacted. His leadership style balances courage with care, demanding excellence while championing authenticity and innovation.
